About Our Analytics Provider (PostHog): We use PostHog to analyze how users interact with our platform. PostHog may collect session replay data, which records interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation patterns to help us identify usability issues and improve the user experience.


PostHog is only activated after you provide your consent. We use a consent management tool to ensure that no analytics data is collected or transmitted until you have explicitly accepted analytics cookies. If you decline, PostHog remains inactive for your session.


To protect your privacy:

  • Sensitive inputs are automatically masked. Fields such as login credentials, passwords, and other sensitive form inputs are never captured in session recordings.

B. Agora Considerations

​

Voice and video calls on Goblins are powered by Agora. When you participate in a call, Agora processes session metadata and audio/video streams solely to deliver the real-time communication service. Agora does not use this data for advertising purposes. Data transferred to the United States is protected under Agora's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For transfers to other regions, Agora applies contractual safeguards in accordance with applicable law.

VII. Special Considerations for Sensitive Data

 

​Our platform serves neurodivergent individuals. We are acutely aware that information about neurodivergence may constitute sensitive personal data (special category data) under Article 9 of the GDPR. We want to assure you that:

  • No cookie or tracking technology on our Site collects, processes, or transmits information about your neurodivergent status, health conditions, or disability.

  • Analytics data collected via PostHog is used for product improvement purposes only and does not identify individual users’ health-related characteristics. PostHog is configured to prioritize privacy, and no analytics data is shared with third-party advertising networks.

However, we use PostHog (a third-party analytics provider based in the United States) to process analytics events, which constitutes “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by (i) rejecting analytics cookies via our Cookie Consent Manager, or (ii) enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. Exercising this right will not affect your access to the Site or the level of service you receive
