10.1 Automated Content Review

The platform employs AI-assisted profile and content review to flag potentially violating content for human moderation review. Profiles and user-generated content are analyzed for indicators of prohibited material, including explicit content, hate speech, deceptive information, and spam patterns. Flagged content is routed to the admin moderation queue for human review and disposition.

10.2 User Reporting

All users have access to an in-app reporting tool that allows them to flag profiles, messages, or behaviors that may violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct. Reports can be submitted for categories including harassment, inappropriate content, spam, impersonation, underage users, and other policy violations. Each report is logged, timestamped, and routed to the moderation queue for review.

10.3 Reactive Profile Hiding

As an immediate protective measure, when a user is reported by another user, the reported user’s profile is automatically hidden from public visibility. This ensures prompt protection for the community while the report is pending moderation review. The profile remains hidden until a moderator reviews the report and determines the appropriate course of action (reinstatement or further enforcement).

10.4 User Blocking

The platform provides an in-app blocking feature with the following characteristics:

Any user can block another user at any time for any reason.
Blocked users are immediately prevented from viewing the blocking user’s profile or initiating any form of contact.
Blocked users are not notified of the block.
The blocking action is reversible by the user who initiated it.
The blocking option is accessible directly from any user’s profile within the application.
The platform tracks the cumulative number of times a user is blocked. When a configurable threshold is reached (initially set at three blocks), the system automatically generates a review notification in the admin moderation panel.
Upon reaching the threshold, the flagged user’s profile is automatically hidden from public visibility and their ability to interact with other users is suspended until an admin has completed the review.
Subsequent notifications are triggered at each additional threshold increment (e.g., at 3, 6, 9 blocks).

10.5 Admin Moderation Panel

The platform maintains a dedicated admin moderation panel that provides centralized tools for content and user management. The moderation team is trained on these Terms, the Code of Conduct, enforcement procedures, and escalation protocols, and follows documented workflows to ensure consistent and fair enforcement across all cases.

We have the right to:

Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Contribution violates the Terms of Use, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Website or the public, or could create liability for the Company.

All moderation actions are logged in the admin system with the following data points:

Profile ID and case/report identifier;
Timestamp of the report, review, and action;
Moderator identifier;
Violation category and severity classification;
Enforcement action taken; and
User notification record (email).

This enforcement process is reviewed and updated as needed based on moderation volume trends, emerging risk patterns, platform feature changes, and regulatory requirements.

XIX. Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

The limitation of liability set out above does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

XX. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses as well as collections costs) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

XXI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any and all claims and matters relating to the Website, including these Terms of Use of the Privacy Policy, shall be governed by and construed under the Laws of the State of New York and the United States and the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of and venue in Queens County, New York or, in the event a federal court may exercise jurisdiction over any matter, such as claim, demand, action, or cause of action, which arises, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The parties agree to waive any objection based on forum non-conveniens.

In the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and United Kingdom (UK), the choice of New York governing law shall not apply only where a mandatory consumer protection law explicitly prohibits such choice of law provisions.

XXII. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use, or any portion thereof, is rendered invalid by law, judgement, court order, or amendment, then the remaining provisions and/or portions of provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

XXIII. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy referenced throughout these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”), collectively, are fully integrated, constitute the entire Agreement between the parties, and supersede any and all other agreements, representations, and warranties regarding the Website made prior to or contemporaneously with the Agreement.
